By becoming a valued member, you certify that you have read and agree to these rules and regulations
Weber Grill Restaurant employees, family members of employees and persons living in the same household as Weber Grill Restaurant employees are not eligible to participate
Weber Grill Restaurant reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate this Loyalty Rewards Program and to otherwise, alter, modify or add these rules and regulations including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice and at any time
Weber Grill Restaurant will never share or sell our list of Members
Points are earned on food and beverage purchases with 1 point earned for each full dollar spent. Points will not be issued for tax or tip
Points earned may only be claimed by one member
Program is intended for individual use only. Points may not be accumulated for a business entity
Weber Grill Restaurant reserves the right at their sole discretion to audit, limit and otherwise modify accounts at any time if points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft
New members receive 25 bonus points at the end of their first visit after joining the program.
Weber Grill Restaurants is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use
Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Members under 21 may not earn points on alcoholic beverages or redeem rewards for certificates to purchase alcoholic beverages
Members are not eligible to receive points for visits prior to enrollment and points earned on a visit may only be redeemed for future visits
Points are non-transferable and may not be combined
Loyalty offers cannot be combined with any other offers
Neither Points nor Rewards have any cash value and may not be redeemed for cash
All rewards including Weber Products can only be redeemed using the redeem function within the member account at which time a Weber Grill Restaurant representative will contact the Member with fulfillment arrangements, Kettle Cash Rewards once redeemed are available for use at any Weber Grill Restaurant location and will automatically be applied on the Member’s next restaurant visit.
Weber Grill reserves the right to forfeit points for membership inactivity in excess of twelve months
Weber Grill Restaurant is not responsible for Weber Products that have been discontinued or are temporarily unavailable. Weber Grill Restaurant reserves the right to replace any reward with a comparable substitution at any time
Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the Member
Unless otherwise prohibited, the program rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois
